”For the purpose of our trip everything was ok. The hotel was exactly as expected and as it appears in photos. Location is convenient to Palm Springs (where accommodation was easily double the price) and surrounding areas. Staff was nice and I appreciated the late check-out which allowed us to freshen up after our morning hike. Breakfast was made to order with a couple of options to choose from. My only complaint would be the A/C, temperature was hard to control. ”
”Loved my stay here. Booked 3 nights for my honeymoon and it was amazing. Beautiful resort. We had the special boat ride and it was wonderful. Staff was very helpful also. There’s a lot to do at the resort. Keep in mind that it comes with a daily fee of $45. The breakfast at rockwood grill was also fantastic. ”

”The hotel (or motel) was really nice and even allowed us to check in two hours early, which gave me time to prepare for the Coachella event. The air conditioner was a bit loud, but after a fun night out, it didn’t bother me much. We did see a cockroach in the bathroom, which might be due to the ground floor location—understandable, but I hope that can be improved in the future.
