Temperature: I had problems with the heat: I entered on a cold night and found the heat completely off. I turned it on to 71°, and in the night, it grew very hot. I put it down to 64° and the next night had to turn it off entirely!

”Lovely comfortable apartment with lots of character.Easy to find and fantastic location close to downtown (10-15 mins walk).Great communication from host. Easy check-in information.Only slight issue was sometimes variable water temperature but I suspect this is due to it being a large older building and it did not cause a major problem. ”

”I’m new to VRBO and learning the style of communication with the host. Host interaction was minimal as I did not need to speak with the host until my communication about the placement of the thermostat in the basement unit we were staying in. I received a response 18 hours later stating that it is preset for 68 to 70 degrees. No capability to increase the temperature evidently. During our stay this past 4 days the temperature outside ranged from 27 -29 degrees in the morning to a high of 49...
