”Ugh. Needs updated. The bed sounded like it was going to collapse everytime I moved. The walks are paper thin and I could hear the folks next to me, as well as EVERYTHING that went on in the parking lot.
Great location-it’s really unfortunate that the property doesn’t match the surroundings.”

”This hotel is not being maintained. After a long day of hiking and exploring the local waterfalls there was NO HOT WATER for showers with 2, 7 year old kids! and on top of it, the staff took well over an hour of jumping around 4 rooms at 11pm before giving up on the ideal of a hot shower and having to leave at 3:45am for our flight! One of the rooms tubs also wouldn’t drain either after testing the shower,and phone not working to even be able to call the seat about the problems. WASTED TIME...
