”Had to call for housekeeping Early in the morning the people are working in the roofs and roof disturbing”

”The room was comfy, especially the bed. Lighting in the room itself was plentiful but it could have used at least one bright light in the main room. The bathroom was spacious and the shower worked well with good pressure and responsive temp. Both the shampoo and conditioner containers had shampoo in them though. Staff were friendly enough. The only other negative was that there was a fast food bag near the elevator for our entire stay that Housekeeping never disposed of….”

”We stayed four nights. Because we came late at night we wanted to rest the next day. Then our room was not cleaned after that.”

”Enjoyed our stay here. Room was nice and very clean. Bed was comfortable. A/C worked great with no humidity in the room whatsoever. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. I have zero complaints. Would highly recommend.”

”The staff is super friendly. Hotel is clean and the breakfast was actually really good. Eggs, biscuits and gravy, potatoes and sausage!”

”The hotel is okay, clean, tidy. but the furniture is very beat up floors are scratched, and it looks very run down and used on the inside of the rooms. ”

”We arrived on a Monday so we didn't need room cleaned on Tuesday morning. But we returned from the beach and got a lot of sand on the floor so I went to the desk and asked for room to be cleaned. Housekeeping was gone for the day so I asked the man at the desk if we could get room cleaned in the a. m. and he said yes. Went fishing on Wednesday and when we returned the room had not been cleaned. I went to front desk to let them know so housekeeping mgr came to see if we wanted room cleaned. Yes...

”Great breakfast, clean room, polite staff. The front desk needs a bell or phone to contact employee because they are in the office in the evening and didn’t come out for 20 minutes. Unable to call front desk from room also..front desk phone out of order. I had to book through Expedia because no phone service with front desk. Brand new building working out the details I guess. Plan to return in the future!”

”The rooms sofa bed was dirty with a tissue , hair , and crushed chips when we pulled it out to use it. It really just made me question the cleanliness of the whole room. The front desk woman apologized and gave us new sheets to put on. The breakfast was good.”

”We preferred to have a burner cook top rather than being given upon request a well worn induction unit and only a coated fry that was scratched. We needed a cooking pot to boil eggs, but it wasn't available to work with the induction unit. Two tread mills avaliable in the fitness area and one was broken.”

”Newer place and it was close to shop La and foods. They don’t clean your room entail after 4 days but will gladly give you more towels. Gulf Shore and Orange beach are roughly 20 minutes or so.”
