”Friendly staff and clean room, overall we were satisfied.”

”Comfortable room and beds”

”Had to switch rooms dye to a musty smell. Staff was awesome!”

”The room was clean, the staff was helpful, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had good pressure and lots of hot water. There was nothing negative about our stay, and we would stay there again in a heartbeat.”

”Cleanliness of room, and hotel excellent, comfortable bed. What stands out the most friendly/knowledgeable staff, Shirley at front desk and lady organizing breakfast, it is the 1st time, greeted for breakfast and shown what options available.”

”First of all, I rarely write reviews, but I have made an exception this time in order to help anyone deciding to stay at this Microtel in North Canton, Ohio. My wife and I are in our 70's and we chose this hotel because it was close to Sluggers and Putters Amusement Park. While checking in at the hotel, my wife (jokingly) said to the clerk "We are taking a vacation from our dogs." The clerk rudely responded "No pets are ALLOWED". After we got that misunderstanding cleared up, it took way too...

”Debbie was amazing & so funny. We loved her Nightmare Before Christmas Halloween tree in the lobby (wink wink).”

”$7 if you drink the bottle of water in the room. To me, that's like back in the old days when hotels charged for internet. Other then that, it's a fine hotel. Clean and comfortable. Basic hotel steam table breakfast.”

”I did not use the amenities since I got in late and left early. It was convenient to the airport and the shuttle picked me up and dropped me off the next day.”

”This hotel is a bit run down but clean and comfortable for an overnight stay, not an extended stay. The bathroom had a very low toilet and sink counter which made it more like a handicap room.”

”Room 408 wreaks of cigarette smoke. Especially in the bathroom.”

”The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming.”
