”Worst hotel experience I have had ever, and I travel a lot. 10 night stay/business trip for me and never going back. First room I had on top floor, there is absolutely no water pressure at all, they warned me at the reception, but why would they still give me this room? After complaining I got room from second floor and the rooms has this connecting door in between, absolutely horrible idea to have these because you can hear everything through from room next to you and I mean...

The AC in my room barley worked as it stayed above 80 every night and day with the ac set at 62 . The water ran out of the pipes brown, every morning when first ran . The ice machine did not work at all and No coffee pot in the room and you had to take your own trash to the dumpster no xtra bags for the one little bucket . For a fast pinch it was ok but for...

”Bring slippers, carpet will make your feet or socks black. Staff are super friendly. Beds are comfortable and clean. Bathroom had some mildew stains on the caulk but that’s an easy fix. Breakfast is good enough for free. It consisted of plain omelet with cheese, sausage links, yogurt and cereal and some bread to make toast with. Parking is good, plenty of space.”

”It dies not have an elevator. The staff was accommodating when we could not handle carrying bags upstairs & switched room to ground floor. Also impressed with cleaners as they checked if we needed anything the second day there. We were staying 3 days so normal procedure is they clean when your stay is over. Thank you for that!!!”

”Area was very nice. Enjoyed the outdoor space. Please though, check your rooms for common amenities. There were no hangers in the room for clothes. The website did not list if the room provided a microwave and fridge and I was happy to see that it did! I contacted the owner and asked if a hairdryer and iron with iron board was provided. The owner was happy to put a hairdryer in the room but could not provide the iron/ iron board. Over all we would stay there again.”

”The place is charming with high ceilings and big windows, and we even had a fireplace in the room. I am not sure if it works or if we were allowed to use it. it was summer anyway. However, there was no microwave in the room or the hotel as a whole, and there was no ice machine, the kind of things that you would need at a hotel. The hotel had a parking lot in the back, which is a great amenity when the hotel is in a kind of a busy area (not to say that anywhere in Clinton, MI is busy!)...

”Cheap. Adequate. Nothing more. Paint peeling on tub. Toilet bowl had not been cleaned. Near highway.”

”When I arrived the key would not work, once I got a new one I walked in and the walls in the bathroom were not painted,the wallpaper had been removed. There were holes in the wall. A can of roach killer spray was outside the office door. I stayed for 10 minutes and returned my key and went home. I'll never recommend this motel at all. Please don't go. I was afraid of getting bed bugs or having roaches all over me.”

”Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The hallways were dirty, the elevator was covered in fingerprints and did not appear clean at all, and the room had several maintenance issues. The toilet was leaking, the shower head was leaking, and the exhaust fan was extremely loud. Breakfast was okay overall, but I strongly recommend avoiding the pancake machine — the pancakes were coming out raw inside. Definitely not the level of cleanliness and maintenance we expected.”
