”The property was great, excellent location. Close and convenient to town whether walking or driving. Enjoyed our time outside, tubing down the river and stopping "at home" on the way down or just watching others flow by, played corn hole, had a fire and s'mores, cooked and dined outside, relaxed on the swing and read, watched TV outside, etc. We only had a couple of items that could be improved on. There was only one hair dryer that was on the wall in one of the bathrooms, none in the bathroom...

”Check in was fairly easy. The kitchen was acceptable and functional. I appreciated the necessary components to prepare meals. Newer cookware and bakeware would have been more useful but, I made do with what was there. I can imagine how hard it is to keep those items updated and in good condition though. WiFi worked flawlessly for entertainment. Neighborhood was very quiet and safe. During a stormy evening, everyone was content to stay in and watch a movie or play pool and not go exploring around...

”This house and property are stunning. We had a wonderful stay. We had a small issue at check in and the owner (and her crew) were quick to resolve it. Great communication with the owner. My family and our friends spent the majority of our stay at the house because there was a lot to do onsite (including reading, cooking, hiking, playing in the creek, fire pit, hot tub, relaxing). However, we did spend a day in downtown Franklin and had fun. I have no doubt that my family and I will return....
