Be one of the first to stay at this new construction home!

Located within the newest development in Suncadia, The Cabins at the Farms, this new construction home resides as close as you can get to Nelson Farm. Completed in 2022, guests can enjoy the beautiful backdrop of nature and the Cascade Mountains.

The luxury home is 2-stories, 2,700 sq ft, featuring 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, detached mother-in-law studio, a memorable bunk room, gourmet kitchen, indoor gas fireplace, outdoor gas

The home is located within a five minute drive of the Suncadia Resort, Swiftwater Winery, The Stovehouse restaurant, and Portals Restaurant. It is within walking distance to all of the activities that Nelson Farm has to offer.

If you are inclined to venture out of Suncadia, Cle Elum and Roslyn are nearby towns that feature outdoor adventures, bakeries, restaurants, and grocery stores. Our personal favorites include Basecamp Books and Bites and Cle Elum Bakery.

Great location: within footsteps to Nelson Farm that has activities throughout the year including Axe Throwing, Archery, Farmers Markets, Food Trucks, etc. 5 minute drive to Suncadia Lodge.

Guests will enter via main entrance to the home. Unit access is provided via digital key code, so you can directly access it upon your check-in time.

There are two parking spots in the garage, and two additional spots in the driveway.

* 4 Bedrooms (1 Primary Suite on ground floor, 1 Primary Suite on second floor, 1 Bunkroom with 4 beds, 1 Guest bedroom, 1 Detached Mother-in-law Suite with a queen bed ) | 4 Full bathrooms and one half bathroom

* This rental does not provide access to the Suncadia pools or fitness center.
* We have blinds in each room now (pictures do not reflect this)
* Our check-in time is at 4:00 PM, and our check-out is at 11:00 AM.
* We ask that guests do not have parties and keep noise levels to a minimum out of consideration for the neighbors.
* This rental has a strict no pets policy.

Great value in Suncadia

The home sits butted next to a large open field with trails and very close to Nelson farm. We went for the snow and having the open field made it great for sledding and building snowmen with the kids. The park is walkable and has a great sledding hill as well as Nelson farm. The home is spacious and very well laid out. Main bedroom and bath on the main floor with three beds and bath upstairs. The detached apartment above the garage is great for a third family or even some privacy. I would definitely stay again.

Family stay for basketball tourney

Very nice modern house

This is a very modern house newly built, great floor plan. The owner has decorated tastefully, and provides plenty of towels and other useful stuff. We were four couples and two children. THis house was very comfortable for all of us. And location is great, and BTW there is a safeway within 15 minutes.

Great Suncadia stay out of the fray

My extended family and I stayed here in July. The cabin was perfect for us as we had 4 different generations. Teens had their own space over the garage which gave them some room for themselves. The cabin was decorated and equipped wonderfully. We had trouble figuring out the oven and the owners texted us back with the instructions immediately. They were great at communication through the whole stay. The location is perfect if you want to be a little farther out from the main area. It’s is still a close drive to the lodge. You can walk easily to the Nelson Farm Pool and activity area. Our favorite thing by far was the large back patio with firepit. The cabin backs up to the most amazing meadow. It is so relaxing to look over. The stars were so bright we even rented at telescope from Suncadia. Our family reunion was such a nice experience with many memories to recall.
