”This is a new property having only opened in the last few weeks. The room was clean, and well cared for except that the HOUSEKEEPING could have been more responsive and thorough. We had to request extra towels and a blanket for 2 days before we received them. The stair way doors were never cleaned—they still had construction dust on them. ”I didn’t get to get on the pool, but the pool area was very clean. Loved the fireplace and patio. The staff was great very helpful. There’s a lot of food places and shopping areas near the hotel 5mins away. I would go back here again ”

”At $150 a night, I expect at least a hint of feigned luxury from a hotel that looks that welcoming off the freeway. WoodSpring Suites Houston 288 South looked promising... but it lands near the bottom for me. Check-in was quick and clear. But for a double queen room with two guests (my 16-year-old son and me), we were given one key card. I've never seen that before. The room was okay and had a kitchenette, but no dish soap -- just a dishwasher tablet (overkill for the one fork I used). No...

”The place is clean and good to stay in here.. but the communications with the office is terrible and the lady the works here is very little she can do about it, I send many messages and they never answered, I even told them that I will do a bad review on that and they don't care..So now you know that if you stay here there is going to be communications issues..Problems!”

”I had paid to enter early for work reasons and they charged me an extra $10. When I arrived, there was a guy drinking and smoking who said he didn't know anything. He gave me the owner's contact because the contact information on the app was wrong, and even then, nobody answered or replied to my message. I don't recommend it, and the place is very strange. The owner didn't respond to confirm anything when I asked for information, so I believe it's a robot when you talk to the place. I had to pay...
