”Absolutely terrible experience at RumFish Beach Resort. The rooms were filthy, the shower was disgusting, and the air conditioning did not work, making the stay unbearable. When we complained, customer service did little to nothing to resolve the issues. We were promised refunds for the resort fees, but that never happened.
