”The property is central to all IRB has to offer. The house was clean with many amenities (you could cook a full meal if you wanted). A/C worked great (though the temp didn’t get above 85 while we were there). Very comfortable bed and couch. This house has access to a washer and dryer; however, it is shared with two other “houses”. The other folks were using it for most of our time so we didn’t actually get to use it. Only concern was on most windows, the blinds do not cover all of the window,...

”We were pleasantly surprised....the close proximity to the beach, the roominess of the house, the privacy of the house. It was quite nice. It rained almost nonstop and we actually did not go to the beach even once! However, we hung out at the house and found nice restaurants nearby. It was nice to get away for a few days. Thank you.”

”Charles was so responsive. The whole experience was just wonderful. For my friends birthday they were kind enough to place a card and champagne. The home was terrific! And they had everything you could possibly need for a beachtrip including an wagon, tent and beach toys. LOVED the basement game room. Kudos on a wondeful rental!!”

”What a fabulous property! Sitting out by the water was heavenly. Owners left paddle boards, beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and a wagon. We had a blast making use of everything. I cannot overstate how peaceful and lovely this property is. So close to the busy beach, but right in front of the peaceful intracoastal. And we were there during spring break, so… Accommodations are homey and comfortable. Highly recommend a stay here! We hope to return soon! ”
