”Property was very clean and it has a great location. while not the fault of the complex or management, there was a street carnival about a mile away that did not end until about 12:30am. the music was terribly loud. i cant imagine what it was like closer to it”

Todd, one of the owners, was very friendly and helpful with our trip, and he was willing to accommodate special requests, including helping arrange a birthday cake for my husband. The only thing was that it was next to the conference room and they did have a meeting one day while we were there and could hear them before the meeting started. ”Absolutely enjoyed our four-night stay at the Jailer’s Inn—great location with several great restaurants and taverns close by. The Bourbon Trail with several world-renowned distilleries, is also close by. Paul, the owner, and all his staff were extremely welcoming. The breakfast each morning was delicious. Private parking is available too!! A definite place to enjoy Bardstown and take in the area's history. We will be back!!”

”There was a full ashtray on the table outside of our room. The floor was filthy. The bathmat towel in the floor was brown with dirt. Disgusting. Didn’t have our reservation.”

”They recently had a Fire and Water leak. We were not notified that there wouldn’t be breakfast due to the damage. We chose this hotel for that reason. Notifications should have been sent to us so we could chose to change our reservation.”

”No towels in room on arrival. When I went to desk to request towels I was told they couldn’t dry linens .Fire doors opened to stair wells no closed due to carpeting . Elevator inspection expired. Pool was not maintained: slime residue on pool. I had bathed grandson in antibacterial soap. Door to pool area was rusted, safety closure not functioning , propped open with a towel. Ants on multiple surfaces in our room . Required me to clean room with sanitizing wipes. Fire occurred Sunday morning in...

”Loved it and excited to come back next year! The decor and details were on point. The food is incredible and the drinks are spectacular. Cards or games and music could be nice in the Lounge across from the Bourbon Alley for another place to hang out there.”

”Totally recommend this place! Many different things to do fairly close by and we absolutely loved the front desk attendant Abbi! So friendly kind and helpful!”

”This place is new and clean. The suites are lovely and nicely stocked. However, I was woke by lots of noise in the room above me. No one answered the phone at the front desk, so I couldn't even ask to have the noise addressed. Doesn't seem like the staff is paying attention. Also the breakfast food was sitting in grease. Seems like for such a nice Hilton hotel brand, that you all could do better.”
