All cooking utensils, bedding and bathroom amenities included ....outdoor firepit for responsible burning... no huge fires allowed in Strongsville Garage bar useage available with Small fridge , tables and Neon Lights . Mutliple hangout and sitting areas at property. This is a one of a kind property cannot be duplicated. Car is included for your admiration and is in the garage bar and not for personal use.... Note....Basement is not for personal use and off limits along with second floor which is to be renodeled this winter... There will be no laundry on site and basement is off limits due to our storage facilities...along with upstairs. Wood for firepit is free, but mainly pressure treated lumber.
