"Gull Cottage" - Lake Erie waterfront - Expansive Views, Historic Cottage Charm

Gull Cottage is a beautiful, historic lakefront home with huge picture windows overlooking a large back yard and lake Erie, with expansive views of the lake from almost every room. It has a deck with a grill, and a large back yard where you can enjoy a sunset over the lake. It has high speed internet, a smart TV, washer and dryer, and a garage, and more.

Small pets with prior approval - $100 per pet per stay - must on his leash when in the yard. Approval before booking required.

Fireplace inoperative, and NO outside fires please.

Maximum 8 staying guests; visitors only with prior approval. There is a charge for non-approved guests.

Parking on site for up to 4 cars, public parking close by.

Sorry, turret and its spiral stairs are not useable.

Steps to the lake are part of the retaining wall and are large steps right into the lake. These can be icy in winter, so enter at your own risk.
