The Hotel had Valet parking but it cost $54 per night...wow! The morning of checkout the Valet service CRASHED!! They could not get our car because the garage was LOCKED down and the employee went home with the key!!! They only have ONE key...that is stupid! The Hotel had no backup plan and told us it's not their business so (I was on my own)...They didn't even have a cell phone number to call...the valet employee felt bad and it was not his fault!...he finally made some phone calls and I think his boss called the garage and got the doors opened...this all took about 45 -50 minutes as we were going to miss our flight!! 2 -The hotel restaurant was closed all day Tuesday...that should be a reduction of cost to guests...also the rooms are way smaller than they appear in photos so don't be surprised...the bathroom shower was about an inch away from the toilet...I could live with this hotel as location was good for Rock Arena and Progressive Field...but it is overpriced and DONT use the valet!..there is a garage across street and another block away for way less .money.also you have to checkout early BUT you can't check in until 4pm!...well if people are leaving 9, 10, 11am, why can't people check in around 12 noon???
