The space

Welcome to Suite Dreams Cleveland – 3rd Floor Edition, your peaceful hideaway just 15 minutes from Downtown Cleveland and the Cleveland Clinic.

This unique 2-bedroom, 1-bath top-floor apartment is designed like a boutique hotel, ideal for travelers who want privacy, simplicity, and a touch of charm (with a few lovable quirks).
Due to some low railings, this apartment is not suitable for children.

You’ll be staying on the third floor of a classic Shaker Heights house. No elevator, but the staircase has landings if you need to catch your breath. Think of it as your daily cardio bonus!

Pro tip: If you show up with a huge piece of luggage, don’t curse me out, consider yourself officially warned.

Bedrooms

Primary Bedroom: King bed with a hotel-quality memory foam mattress, electric fireplace, Roku TV, electric blanket, ceiling fan, wall heater for extra coziness and blackout curtains.

Second Bedroom: Double memory foam bed, Roku TV, electric fireplace, ceiling fan and blackout curtains.

Both rooms (and even the bathroom!) have high-speed Wi-Fi . Perfect for streaming, studying, working remotely, or seriously conducting a meeting in the bathtub if needed.

Kitchenette (Sort Of)

Let’s be honest, this isn’t your typical kitchen. The main bedroom includes a “mini kitchenette” with:

Small refrigerator
Microwave
Keurig coffee maker

That’s it. No sink, no stove, no oven. You’ll be washing your coffee mug in the bathroom like it’s 1952 (we call it “vintage multitasking”).

Bathroom

The bathroom is huge, seriously! You could hold a meeting in there (though we don’t recommend it).

It features a claw-foot bathtub with a handheld shower nozzle that looks like an old-fashioned phone, there’s no wall-mounted shower head.
So yes, it’s a bit of a balancing act: you’ll shower with one hand while holding the handle with the other.

It’s quirky, it’s clean, and it gets the job done.

Bonus: the bathroom has wall heat and a ceiling fan for comfort but no electrical outlets. (There are outlets in both bedrooms, though, so bring your hair game plan accordingly).

Some appliances and devices throughout the property have green indicator lights to show they are plugged in and working. These are not cameras or recording devices, and cannot be turned off. Your privacy is fully respected.

Parking (and a Bit of Humor)

You’ll have access to one garage space, but here’s the catch:
Our garage was built sometime before SUVs were invented, it’s snug. Small cars fit great.

Your spot is the middle of the sandwich, meaning there can be cars on either side, so getting in and out may be a little tricky.

If you’re not parking savvy, let us know, we may be able to assign you a different spot if one is available. Did you see? I said MAY be able, can't promise you anything.
If you pass your parking test with flying colors, you’ll be fine!
Just remember to go very slowly when coming in and out so you don’t hit anything or anyone.
At the end of the day, we’re not responsible for your driving, so if you accidentally kiss the house, another car, or an unlucky mailbox, that’s on you.

If your vehicle is a suburban tank or a monster truck, you may prefer street parking (prohibited 2–6 AM unless we request a permit but you have to tell us in advance).

Think of it as a fun challenge: can your car fit in a pre-historic garage?
