”Check in was strange. Went to put code in for the room and the door pushed open without unlocking. The door was not latched. We chose to not stay. Felt very uncomfortable with the whole situation.”

”The sheets were dirty and wet, and the guy at the front desk was very rude. Room 101, what a trashy mess it was indeed. I give this place a negative. 100 Never stay there, high price, low quality.”

”I must say I was pleasantly surprised by this little gem. Reasonable rates, very quiet, good location, clean, good beds and bedding, towels were good. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. A couple of to-do's for the staff- our shower door didn't fit right and leaked water outside on the floor and there needs to be a brighter light around the bathroom mirror.”

”The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were ok, but don’t look like the pictures on the site. It was ok just to have a place to come and sleep for the price and that I could bring my small dog. There wasn’t a pool, which is listed as an amenity. If there was a free breakfast I wasn’t ever aware of it. The beds are comfortable. For the price I would stay here again.”

”The hotel does not keep ac on in the rooms or hallways, so even though we had a confirmed reservation they took no time to prepare the room, so we arrived to a very hot room (hotter than outside, over 90) and had to leave the hotel to let it cool down. Bedding stains and hair all over it, so they just handed me another blanket. Pool was closed and seems to be the case all of the time. TV was not working and apparently was missing some power cord and batteries on the remote were dead. They fixed...

”My queen room was perfect! Tho it was rainy, the grounds and pool looked very nice, well kept. The staff were excellent!! So nice and accommodating. My husband was admitted at KU Med Center so my stay was day to day. They were so kind and helpful. I didn’t sample the breakfast. Parking was plentiful. Overall, very satisfied!!”

”Honestly the best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel in awhile! The parking was easy access and plenty of places to park! The rooms were clean and had all the necessities in them! Also the front desk staff was super nice! Would recommend staying!”

”Computer system failed and customers could not check in even with prior reservation and the clerk locked up and left. Ended up going to Metcalf and 108th st. which was a major dump. Stained sheets on both beds horrible pillows, gross bathroom (I refused to shower there). I slept on top of the bed, fully clothed using my duffel bag as a pillow. Let’s not forget to mention that I woke up to a brown recluse search searching for its next meal on the very bad I was sleeping in. I ended up coming...
