”Gross….the Lobby or lack of -dirty -I felt like I was at an auto shop…staff not friendly nor welcoming- overwhelmed- as try to call earlier to cancel - and there was NO answer … The short walk to elevator smelled of mold & mildew. Room was “cleaned” (room deodorized) but stray hairs in bed AND in bathroom - refrigerator needed to be cleaned, curtains had a bizarre red spots (need a CSI black light) … bathroom floor need to swept AND scrubbed- needless to say I did not take off my shoes. ”We had a one night stay at this BW Bruinswick on July 4th. It was very quiet on the back side of the hotel. Our room with 2 queen beds was comfortable and the room spacious. Very large mini fridge and microwave would be great for longer stays. Very convenient location since our friends own a small cottage off one of the inlets in Brunswick. The only complaint was that the fan in the bathroom was quite loud when the light was turned on.”

”The place is clean, but the rooms we stayed in, and the ones adjacent to us all had doors that would stick and rub the frame when trying to open them. This makes them very loud to open and close. You can also hear noise from other units pretty easily. That aside, the stay was fine.”

”I've stayed there many many times and I have not ever had any issues or problems and the crazy part of it is is I say the same thing every time they asked me to put something on here it's a good place to stay the people are nice the people that clean your rooms they're very nice people I've never had any issues or problems the staff that runs the front desk are very helpful I've never had any issues so as far as I'm concerned it's a very good place to stay and for a night two nights three nights...

”The place was beautiful, the staff is very responsive and the location is right in the heart of everything. The beach is only a few minutes walk.”

”Our 2 Queen room was spacious, and the beds very comfortable. The hotel was immaculate. We appreciated its convenient location, and also the fine restaurant dining. Staff were upbeat and helpful. We would certainly stay here again. Our only quibble is that there didn't seem to be any ice readily available, or an in-room safe.”

”We did not automatically receive the door code from Expedia. For 2 hours I worked with tech support (AI) and online Chat, finally a real person who sent me an email address for the property manager. After two hours I made the decision I needed to find alternate accommodations. I did finally receive the code, after I had another place. Neither the property nor Expedia is willing to give me even a partial credit for the unused room. I won't be booking a room through Expedia again.”

”Room were clean bed comfortable. Hot tub absolutely disgusting the pool was nice. Talk to staff and they did not offer any compasation for the horrible conditions to the hot tub. I called ahead specifically to make sure all was good. The complaint landed on deaf ears.”
