”Didn’t care for breakfast”

”I loved the staff. Everyone was polit and very professional. The hotel was beautiful. What I didn't like was that the room had torn curtains at the window, and also around the canopy. The drapes that were around the canopy bed had blood on it as well. They upgraded me to a even bigger room, I thought it was beautiful as well the only issue was the cracked glass in the shower. Overall nice place and a great experience. I suggest for you to check the entire room.”

”Absolutely the most horrific stay I’ve ever had. Everything is dirty, drug addicts as neighbors. The noise level is extremely high. There was nothing good about this stay!”

”I was not given my room for check in until 8:30 PM my room is not ready by housekeeping and there is nothing we can do with that Showed up at 5 PM I was not giving clear expectation staff did not seem concerned That only myself there were 8+ people with similar situation TV does not have any connection to cables or anything Breakfast is poor The only good thing is the location very close to the convention center and the price is relatively better compared to other local hotels”

”We booked this accommodation as it was close to a venue we were attending. There was lots of on street parking. This is a gorgeous, grand old home. Note, Wilson House sits near a busy street. However, once inside, due to triple glazed windows, you will not hear the street noise at all! Also, be aware, rooms are on the 2nd-4th floor and there is no elevator. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were modern. Breakfast was very good. The owners were a pleasure to talk with.”

”The entire property is surface level nice but with seemingly every improvement failing. The elevator would occasionally skip a stop or open the doors between levels. The gym should entirely be replaced as the treadmills stuttered while running, the bikes having loose seats enough where they weren’t usable, and missing many free weights. The tv in the room did not have any usable channels as each channel said it wasn’t available. The bathroom with broken tiles. The elevator with the gold sticker...

”I have stayed T this hotel frequently, however, over the last few years the maintenance has declined significantly. During my most recent visit I experienced much of the same lack of upkeep with this property. The hand rail in the shower had broken and it was pasted together flimsy. The shower curtain was dingy, as though it had been bleached. The water rose in the bathtub as I was running the shower. The bathroom fixtures are broken. No stoppers in the sink or bathtub. There were no hand...

”A nicely designed hotel which made use of an historic building. It’s very convenient to parking and walkable to many places in the Washington Heights area. The staff was great and the restaurant was a big step above most hotel restaurants.”

”This should be accurately listed as a motel. The room was dirty and one of the main lights wasn’t working. Someone was sleeping on the ground just outside my door. If you’re attending an event and all other hotel accommodations are booked…do yourself a favor and just cancel your plans to attend the event.”
