”Just Excellent”

”Hotel was so cute and quaint. The staff was amazing and the rooms very clean and the tea time was so nice. I would rate the Ivey Hotel 100 out of 10!!!!!!”

”This is an old hotel in a lower/mid neighborhood. They don't allow bag checking or early check in. The rooms were old but clean and functional. Price is readonable. You check in through a well worn hole in the glass and must make a cash deposit of $50. Some will be put off by this but it met my needs for the price.”

”Paikka hyvä liikkumisen kannalta, julkinen liikenne lähellä. Hotelli uudistettu vanhaa tyyliä mukaillen, kunto hyvä. Parisängyt aika kapeita kahdelle, liian pehmeitä meidän makuun. Espanjan kielitaito olisi eduksi siivoojien kanssa kommunikointiin. Henkilökunta ystävällistä.”

”Remontin tarpeessa. Savuton huone haisi tupakalle, savu tuli huoneeseen toisista huoneesta ja kaikki vaatteet haisivat tupakalle ja oli pestävä kun pääsi kotiin.”

”Fabulous hotel from check-in to chexk-out!! Only wish they had a better option fro parking cars. We opted not to use the valet. Also the rooftop restaurant is terrific but the menu is a bit limited. Lorenzo was fantastic at the front desk. Thank you! ”

”Location is inner city terrible. Drug crazed Homeless people out front. Front desk did not recognize Expedia prepaid room and refused to refund charge made to my credit card. Very shady operation. One look at the hotel lobby (about 100 square feet) and front desk completely behind billet proof glass and you will turn around and leave. Booked 2 rooms. TV in one room did not work, shower in the other room did not work. Park on the street (good luck) or a garage 3 blocks away. ”

”The property was not maintained well and we had a mouse visit us in our room on the 5th floor. We left right after the mouse showed up…”

”My room was nice and cozy. Parking was cheap, especially on the weekend, it was only $5.”

”The poor property condition shows a total lack of maintenance, The curtain rod was falling off the wall, there were no clothes hangers in the closet, there was no tv remote to be found, and the towels were rougher than coarse sandpaper. The neighborhood is very sketchy, filled with people who looked vagrants, drug addicts and prostitutes. The free breakfast was so bad that you would have had to pay me to eat it. I expected a great deal more for the $120/night rate. I’ve stayed at much better...
