”It was a wonderful surprise to find a property with a real country setting that was still easily accessible to the freeway. It made it easy to continue our trip towards our destination. The farm fresh eggs from their chickens was a nice touch. With other ingredients we brought with us, we made a ham, cheese, avocado omelete for breakfast. Their calm friendly dog came to greet us when we arrived. There were just 2 of us, but it is roomy enough for a family with children or 2 or 3 couples. We...

”Very clean and quiet. Great place to stay with our dogs!”

”It was perfect for families! Specious. Fenced yard and hot tub!”

”This was our second stay at Adam's place, and we will definitely return again. The place is the best value out there, and we love the proximity to the downtown area. Great place”

”Great location, comfortable beds, modern decor, super clean, an completely stocked with towels kitchen utensils, spices, paper towels and extra trash bags! Super quiet neighborhood! Great space for the pups. Would definitely recommend an would definitely stay again! Thank you for sharing your home!”

”This place was great. Very clean, open feel, beautifully decorated and thank goodness for the swamp cooler! Perfect fit for what our family needed.”

”Excellent, fast response to all of my questions. Located at a busy intersection. That makes it quick access to many things...still a busy intersection. The home was clean, all the basics covered well. The yard was beautiful, pains taken to mitigate the busy intersection, but still a busy intersection. Beware, if you do not have any TV apps, you will not have use of the TV. Would have liked some unique nighttime architecctural feature to identify the property when returning at night...glad no one...

”Great s’mores bar and coffee! Wonderful yard area for the furry friends.”

”Very clean. Comfortable beds and well equipped in a quiet neighborhood.”

”Great location and views. Great patio space for late nights. Could use a very deep cleaning inside and the outside patio area to include the grill. Kitchen well stocked. Took an hour to get into the house due to front door not working after a 10 hour drive into town. Close to downtown, Stoker, golf and Palisade.”

”Easy check-in and close to where we needed to be for a swim meet at the college. The home only had an evaporator cooler. The front of the home was extremely cold and the back half was a little too warm to sleep at night. The home could have used a good dusting and the freezer was dirty. Overall a good stay.”

”You will want to stay here! Perfect location close to CMU campus and other Grand Junction areas. House is spacious - plenty of living and dining room seating, well supplied kitchen, back yard is awesome-covered patio, gas grill, gas fire pit, hot tub. Host were great with communication. I would definitely stay here again.”

”Clean, quiet, excellent location- close to downtown. Stay with dogs was easy and enjoyable.”

”Everything worked wonderfully! Exactly what we wanted and was very helpful when we needed somethings! The only thing that could make it better is some rugs!”

”So cute and dreamy. Perfect for families and friends. Fun to hang out in. Wonderful backyard. Be careful with the double decker bike ”

”The house itself was beautiful and charming. However, there were some communication issues and issues with listing accuracy. When I booked the property in June, it listed that it could sleep 8 people. When we arrived in September, we found that it could only sleep 6. There was supposed to be a pull-out couch in the living room, but it was a normal couch. We originally were supposed to have 8 people, so this would have been a major problem, but someone couldn’t come last minute. One person still...
