”I stayed here for the weekend while visiting my daughter at CMU. Super clean and comfortable with lots of room. The neighborhood is really nice and quiet. Mike was extremely gracious with an early check in since I arrived a little earlier than expected and super prompt with any messages or requests we sent. We would absolutely stay here again.”

”Our family had a wonderful stay at The Grant House! We had 8 adults and there was a ton of space for everyone to spread out but yet be close enough for dinner & game nights! The property itself was spectacular!! Waking up and having coffee on the covered patio was breathtakingly beautiful. We loved all the space & seclusion this home offered. We also loved that it had extra bedding/blankets throughout the house. Our family LOVED the movie theater/pool room the most. Spent most of evening playing...

”Always a pleasure. Close to downtown shops and restaurants. Just a few minutes from the Colorado River Walk. Adam and his wife stock the house with many organic items. It is vey clean and spacious. We have been here many times for the great hiking and Pallisade peaches. ”

”It exceeded our expectations. The home was so beautiful, clean, and quiet. We can tell the owner put a lot of love and time into taking care of the property. They were so thoughtful in every detail throughout the house. We were there to ride in a bike ride event. We had a really great rest both before and after the ride. The owner even let us in early just right before the hail storm so that was very helpful and kind. Chad's communication was excellent. Thank you so much! We loved every minute...

”"Custom log house" is an understatement... it's a joy to see how a master craftsman can build a home. And the story of how it was built (provided by the owner/builder) is an incredible read.This is a lovely place in a great location on Grand Mesa. Excellent hiking, biking, birding and paddling all within a few miles.An incredible spot if you enjoy spending time in this part of western Colorado.”

”Lovely, comfortable and a few minutes from quaint Fruita center, 20 mns from bigger city Grand Junction. Quiet, ample, private unit, comfortable bath, LR and bedroom, with great bike shed and off-street parking. Impressively spotless, very well lit. The hostess is charming and discreet but entirely available. We are biking Denverites and plan to return.”
