”The staff during day and morning were pleasant and very apologetic for the issues we came across. We showed up at 6 pm and room was not ready. We went out to eat and when we got back the room was ready. At 9 pm we had to message the staff about what sounded like pregnant cow that was walking above us. Soon after it stopped. ”Check in information was provided via email the day of check in. I was able to enter the hotel and my room without a problem. The hotel staff was responsive and helpful via text messages. The inside of our room was very comfortable, the staff left a few complementary drinks and snack in the room for us which was very much appreciated. ”This is an older property, so if you are looking for luxury this is not for you. It is clean, has working a/c, shower, TV , microwave, coffee maker and a bed. It has a beautiful pool area, although we did not use it. We just need a clean, safe place to sleep and shower. We stayed her last year as well, for Follow the Arrow Festival. ”I was traveling with family and they had an excellent spaces for us to meet and gather, talk or games together. The desk clerk helped us get the baseball game on the TV, he was just so helpful and pleasant. On our next trip to Albany this is the place we will all choose to stay.”
