”Room was pretty comfortable and friendly staff...especially the young man that was working saturday early morning, 3/1. Very loud in rooms from hallways and neighboring rooms. It was bitterly cold & the beautiful fireplace in the lobby lounge area was not working. A little disappointed with that.”

”The walls are paper thin and after a 13 hour road trip and exhaustion, we were looking forward to rest. There was a herd of elephants stopping around upstairs directly above us. The front desk finally did something about it after the second complaint. There was a lot of noise from the hallway because of some golf party or something. All in all, zero rest. If you want a party atmosphere, great. If you want pretty, find another hotel. ”

”The staff was super friendly, and ready to answer any questions I had, they willingly gave us some extra blankets, and also made our kids freshly baked cookies when we were done in the pool! Room was ready for us and it was nice and quiet all around! ”
