”Great place!”

”Everything went well from check-in to check-out. The room was great. The shower was outstanding! Great breakfast with good selections. I would stay here again.”

”Great place to relax and unwind. The rooms were very spacious including the bathroom. The shower had fantastic water pressure. The refrigerator was nice and cold and the air conditioner was quiet!”

”Clean linens, but there was still hair in the shower, the jacuzzi felt like you were going to fall through it when you were standing in the shower, and the external part of the jacuzzi where it covers the motor was falling off of the tub/wall. The shower wall (plaster) was falling apart, and it was questionable as to if we would find used needles on the carpet based off of the feel of the hotel. Anywhere we went, we were eyed like we were going to get mugged, and we weren't even dressed fancy.”

”They have added parking fees to park yourself in their completely empty lot. Then put 2 women in a 1st floor balcony room that didn't have a lock on the balcony door. I spent an additional $100 on a room with an amenity that doesnt exist and no one told us the door to the "balcony" had no lock. I have stayed at this hotel dozens of times and refer friends and family there when they visit. I will never stay in another Marriott property. ”This hotel runs the incidentals as a charge rather than as an authorization. I caught this and called the hotel asking for a refund of the $100 incidentals charge. I was told it should be back in my account within 24 hours. 48 hours later it still isn’t returned. Just called the hotel again and was told it takes 5-10 business days for the refund to take place. When I told the woman this is why it should be an authorization rather than a charge she couldn’t care less what I had to say. This is a...

”Very nice hotel on the Elon campus. The beds were great and the shower was fantastic.”

”We were traveling to visit the NC Zoo and was able to stay less than 10 minutes away. When we checked in, the front desk attendant, Amber was very friendly and helpful each time we came to ask a question or for assistance. The continental breakfast was good but there were so many people in the area, it was uncomfortable to enjoy the breakfast. Maybe if the dining area was just a little bit larger, it would accommodate more families comfortably.”
