”What an outstanding little hotel! Room was clean, spacious. Close to as many restaurants, bars, cafe as you want. Park is also close by. Metro stop just 5 minutes away walking. I will go back without any doubts. ”

”Loved this hotel. We came back 3 separate times as Santiago was our home base. For the price we paid, we were very satisfied. Shared bathrooms were not a problem and there were enough that it almost felt like we had our own bathroom. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was delightful and very helpful. ”

”The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect. It is practically in the heart of the city but still in a rather quiet area. There was a big and beautiful park right in front of the hotel which was a big bonus. You could just step out of the front door and go and sit on one of the park benches.

”NH Ciudad is a contemporary hotel with all you'd expect from a chain (in a good way). Breakfasts provided a variety of food (many breads, several different sweet and savory pastries, numerous juices, and scrambled eggs as well as yogurt and cereals). The room was a suite with two beds. It would have been perfect if there was a mirror in the bathroom, and if the thermostat actually worked, but otherwise, we were happy and slept very well every night!”
