”I stayed here with my girlfriend over Spring Break and had a wonderful time! Anne and Allen were truly gracious hosts, the decorations were lovely, the bed was warm and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious! ”

”Did not stay for breakfast, thought it was a full egg, sausage, pancake style, all it had to offer was cold cereal, bagels & English muffins, bread. Our room was beautiful, clean, looks newly rehabbed!!!”

”The general manager said that the room that we reserved wasn’t available( bed with a sofa couch for the children to sleep on) then I proceeded to let them know that we would just have to find somewhere else (so the kids wouldn’t have to sleep on the floor) then she all of a sudden had a room, with a sofa couch, available. We paid for it, went to the room and it DIDNT have a couch and before we could even get back up to the front desk to see what was going on there were blankets and pillows...

”Context: 1 bed, handicapt accessible, non-smoking room. Pros: Safe and clean parking lot. Very friendly and understanding staff. Adequate heating system. Comfortable and well kept furniture. Clean and tidy hotel rooms. Cons: Continental breakfast is lacking. Strange smell in small workout room. No fridge or microwave in room (One is available in a room adjacent to the hallway). Plaster on closet wall was chipped and broken exposing dry wall underneath.”

”1) A maintenance person had to let us OUT of our room. The door would not open from inside. He did come to our aid as soon as I called the front desk, but it as been that way all night- a serious safety hazard. 2) Breakfast was supposed to be open at 7. It was still being set up at 7:20. 3) Our room was clean and warm, which was why they still got a 3. ”
