”The hotel was clean. The beds were great. No problem with having a cat, although it did cost extra. The biggest downfall with this hotel was the lack of water pressure and the fact that the water did not get very hot. The restaurant attached to the hotel is amazing.”

”The staff was very friendly and helpful. We chose this property because it was the only traditional hotel within walking distance of an event we were attending (Franklin Blues and BBQ Festival) so the rates were probably higher than normal. Our biggest complaint was the free hot breakfast. All 3 mornings were the same. Tasteless sausage patties and scrambled eggs. A handful of high carb offerings. Weak coffee and rock hard butter. The problem with Franklin is there are no restaurants "downtown"...

”The room was clean but bathroom obviously had water damage - drywall holes, and shower rod ready to fall down. Elevator smells musty. Breakfast bare bones - 2 cereals, waffles, instant oatmeal, juice selection. Coffee tasted awful - dumped out and went to Dunkin' Donuts.”

”Pet friendly, very clean, nice staff. Hotel in great shape and close to GC Outlet Mall. I would stay there again. Pool and hot tub a bonus that we used every day of our 5 night stay.”

”The view of the Allegany River is breathtaking and the rooms are spacious and clean. The decor makes it feel like home rather than a hotel room. The "take and go" breakfast has a very limited selection. However, the room and the other amenities by far outweigh the limited breakfast. We will definitely stay here again!”

”We booked this hotel through Expedia 3 weeks in advance for wedding for 2 nights. 5 minutes before our check in time, the hotel cancelled and refunded our reservation. When I called they stated that they couldn't agree on a price with Expedia and the hotel so the just cancelled the room and wanted more money for the 2 night stay. This is the only hotel in the area so I feel like they were just trying to get more money of myself and Expedia on short notice. We did NOT end up staying there for the...

”When I pulled up, the property looked deserted. Called to summon desk to check me in. He was very polite. The top safety latch was missing on my door, which being in the hotel all by myself was a little unnerving. Literally, I was alone with no hotel workers. There was no breakfast set up. I will say that everything looked very clean. Almost looked like they were working to fix up. Paid more then I would have expected for what I got. ”
