”This place goes downhill every single year. We stay with a group for Christmas for the last 15 years. Wallpaper is peeling, you are charged for a “resort fee” but the pools aren’t even always working. Dining is subpar. Rooms are very dated and getting worse every year. I think it’s time for our family to move on from thumper pond. ”

Also, we came in the winter, so I am assuming the summer experience is excellent, but during the winter, at least, the water was untreated and smelled so bad that people chose not to take showers and...
