”The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean it just lacked air con and with a tiny bedroom window regardless on the heating not being on there was hardly and airflow within the room. Couldnt fault anything else had a lovely stay”

”Always a fantastic stay at this lovely pub. Manager is so friendly and helpful. We have eaten here the two times we have stayed and the food is also really good, with fantastic service. Rooms are characterful, clean and lovely and quiet for sleeping. Beautiful location in a very pretty village - a wonderful base for exploring this lovely part of Lancashire.”

”A two night stay for 10 people in 5 rooms in this beautiful well cared for period building. The staff were fantastic in dealing with a larger group and especially with our Gluten Free member. An open kitchen meant you could watch food being freshly prepared in the Seasons restaurant and chat with the Chefs.. Plenty of room both inside and out to relax with drinks, tea & coffee and scones or full Afternoon Teas. An easy access nature path within the grounds kept us occupied on one day with staff...

”Very friendly staff, nice big room (called falow), excellent breakfast, excellent evening meal staff very helpful sorting out a taxi for us, the room was warm due to heatwave so needed to keep windows open so we did notice some noise from the kitchen fans but this could not be helped. Very good car parking. Overall an excellent 2 day visit and would highly recommend.”
