”We came back to this same hotel from a stay in 2025. It has significantly gone downhill. The entrance, hallways and doors are scuffed and look really worn. After check-in we found that our room was not cleaned. We specifically requested a room on the backside of the hotel to avoid Interstate traffic noise. The request was not communicated. Our room was clean and smelled deeply of Pine Sol. It had a fire alarm that continuously chirped, randomly. The first night, we called a front desk personnel...

”There were 6 of us here to bicycle the Raccoon River valley trail and the property was very close to the trail. We all slept well, loved sitting in the back yard and gathering inside. It was the perfect haven each evening. We had plenty of room and really loved the house.”

”Booked this home for a group of 6 and it was as advertised. There was plenty of space and multiple in-home entertainment options. Good proximity to restaurants as well. The host was a great communicator and even let us check in a few hours early. Highly recommend!”
