Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming house with a swimming pool in the village of Clohars-Carnoët, less than a kilometre from the beach. It has a floor area of 140 m² and can accommodate up to 12 guests. It comprises a lovely 45 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a dining room, four beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a garden of around 2,000 m². Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you!

The property is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 45 m² living room with a sofa and TV
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A dining room with a TV
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x200)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140x200)
- A shower room with en-suite shower
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140x200)
- Bedroom 4: an open-plan sleeping area with 3 steps in the centre of the room, comprising a bench seat that can be split into two single beds (80x200) or combined to form a double bed (160x200), as well as 4 single mattresses on the floor (90x190)
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: a barbecue, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, table and a free-standing garment steamer.

Outdoors:
- A 4 m x 8 m swimming pool (private, heated and open from April to October)
- A beautiful, enclosed garden of 2,000 m² facing south-west
- Two terraces, one of which is furnished so you can make the most of sunny days

The house is ideally situated in Clohars-Carnoët, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

- Funfair also held in Le Pouldu during the summer

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (two vehicles) and (four vehicles) in the garden. An electric vehicle charging point near the garage is available at no extra cost.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Quimperlé, 13 km away (15 mins by car)
- Nearest airport: Lorient Bretagne Sud, 22 km away (26 mins by car)

Other notes:
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner
