Hotel is a former monastery and sits amidst miles of corn and potato fields on the bank of a large river. Rooms are large with jetted tubs and face a peaceful garden. Great spa and pool areas. Very good attached restaurant. Staff is young and could use some prepping such as when they tell a guest the restaurant is closed for dinner Sunday night they could volunteer to help the guest get dinner reservations somewhere else. ”
”Some hassle with reservation, because according to clerk I had cancelled it - it appeared though, that she misinterpreted my name three times and mixed me up with some other person which had made a cancellation. But on the other side she was service-minded and everything fixed up at the end.
Room was relatively big although gloomy.
Disliked also ants which had conquered my food bag during night-time - although it was partially my own fault because I had left it into floor.
