Once you book you will be contacted by the owner who then depends to have a copy of your id and credit card regardless of payment already being made via Expedia. You then get money taken from your account and then when you finally get to site you have to attempt to contact the owner non stop to get the lock box code otherwise you are locked out! 3 guest were waiting in their cars with no response from the owner. ”Unfortunately I don’t have a lot of positive things to say other than the location of the property was great.Most disappointing is the amount we paid for a holiday home that needs a lot of attention. Upstairs we were greeted with numerous cockroaches and and ants; we could only find 2 beach towels when we had 7 people staying and the towels that were there were stained; the appliances are old and poor quality (the kettle took forever to boil and would wake up the whole house when you put it on);...
