âWow, thank you to Sue and her team, Sally, Sal and Will. What a warm welcome! We had such a lovely time with you all. A well run, friendly and warm spirited pub and B&B. The drinks were cold, and flowed easily and the food second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend a stay. No wonder the local patrons enjoy spending their down time with you!â

âA lovely find hidden away off the main street. We only booked the room an hour before arriving but were made to feel very welcome by the young lady behind the bar. Breakfast was cooked by Phil and was delicious and he came out and had a lovely chat with us. I would highly recommend. â

âArrived late at our stay and then realised that we had in fact booked for the weekend after! Disaster after a 6 hour drive and very little options. We apologised and explained the error to our host. Amazingly and also luckily the host immediately went to work setting up an alternative glamping pod for us to stay in. The place was immaculate, hosts are extremely friendly and everything about the trip was perfect and as described. We will certainly be returning.â

âabsolutely amazing place. location is beautiful and so peaceful. we went in the winter so definitely get logs and make a copy fire and take a snuggle blanket so you can sit and look at the stars. would love to go back and stay for 2 nights so we have a full day to enjoy the view. host really helpful, you park up and then take their jeep in a bumpy track down to the treehouse with all your stuff and keep it there until you come back. fantastic star gazing. king fisher and deers in the morning and...

âHoops Inn is a lovely Grade II building with history.
It has a lovely garden, although on a steep incline so may not be suitable for anyone with walking difficulty.
The staff are very welcoming & helpful.
Lovely freshly cooked breakfasts with good quality produce.â
