”The shower and tub are old fashioned, breakfast was good, Air conditioning was great. Staff let me cool off inside before check in time.”

”The room was comfortable and my kids always appreciate when they don't have to share a bed. But there was serious water damage in the bathroom resulting in loose tiles and a spongy floor. The hallways and lobby of the hotel were incredibly stuffy and hot and the cooridor of our floor smelled terrible, like mildew.”

”When I booked the hotel I was unaware the hot tub was permanently closed. It was still showing the property had a hot tub or I wouldn't have booked there. I was very unhappy and it's doubtful I will book there ever again. The price I paid for there not to be a hot tub is unacceptable. The pool is ice cold because it's indoors, I would never use it. The shower did not drain well at all. The tub water would be several inches over my ankles by the time I was finished showering. The room smelled...

”First…..the picture of the office area IS NOT of the property. The outside appearance would get a 4. The room’s appearance would get a 4. Maintenance would get a 1! Missing smoke detector with 120volt wiring hanging down. Door knob was loose. Had problems getting the door opened and closed. One time took 2 minutes for me to get the door open. Life safety issue!!! Bath tub drainage was VERY slow. After taking a shower it took almost 4 minutes to drain. The night we stayed it rained....

”Rooms are so dirty and stained with nasty looking stuff on the sofa and floor. All the light outlets were burnt up and unusable. I almost got electrocuted trying to plug in the cord to a lamp. Not all the lights worked. I felt so dirty staying here, I will never again book this place. ”
