”The room is spacious and the continental breakfast is great.
However, there are five other rooms on the property, and foot traffic in the corridor can be quite loud at times. The bathroom is not attached and is a bit of a hike from the room.”

”I booked the apartment room for my builders to stay in for 2 nights. They said the rooms were clean and comfortable, having a kitchen was important because I had set the builders up with their breakfast foods and they were sent back each night with their evening meal to heat up. Eion and Bev had the room warm for them on arrival on their first night and gave quality banter throughout their stay.

”Only down side is that i didnt stay longer! A very cute little cottage with everything you need. Good heating, a very warm and comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom and a lovely little deck outside your room and access to a private outdoor bath. This is very close to Roxburgh and Ettrick traven is just up the road. I would love to come back and stay here again.
There is no staff on site and i had to go to the cafe next door to ask about how to access my room. The ladies in the cafe said...

”Our first stay in Alexandra for two nights was absolutely wonderful! The beds were so comfortable, everything was clean, the towels smelled fresh, and the bathroom was much bigger than we expected.
