âWe had a lovely stay at the Castle Hotel.
The staff were so friendly and really helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
The bedroom and bathroom though small were well equipped and very clean.
Overall a very pleasant place to stay.â

âThe bathroom had mold. The ceiling tiles are broken. The room really needs a refurb.
The main door is broken and sometimes doesn't open or opens very slowly. I've stayed at much better maintained premier inns in the past so this was a huge disappointment.â

âIncredible location close to everything, friendly staff, good value. The rooms are basic but comfortable, with nice views, lots of amenities including kettle, full bath.
Llangollen is a beautiful, friendly town with local shops/no franchises. There are wonderful walks along canals to waterfalls, deserted abbeys. â
