”Lovely b&b. Fantastic 3 course meal. Highly recommended. Kate is a super host. But the two dogs beg at the breakfast/dinner table. They need to be kept in a separate room while guests are eating. Breakfast was disappointing. Cooked breakfast consisted of 2 streaky bacon,burnt sausage and a fried egg with yolk overcooked. Make sure you ask how you want your eggs cooked. First morning we asked for scrambled egg which were perfect! Also the bedroom door needs a proper key lock on it. Everything...

”A well run hotel in a beautiful location. The grounds were very well kept and the food was very good. The hotel is a little dated in places with a few areas needing to be repaired or painted. Other than that, a lovely hotel with great staff. ”

”Basic business hotel, its clean and works though some people might find coach parties bit off putting (but they are kept separate). Loud noise of peacocks and cockerels in early hours (not a problem for me) reminds me of home, but absence of reliable newspaper supplier in surroundings is an issue.”
