”This place was just amazing, it really did exceed my expectations. The train station is literally on the door step, everything is in walking distance, the mountain walk is so close too. Ben was super amazingly helpful, the room was fabulous. I really can't fault this place and would love to return next time in Conwy”

”A friendly welcome although despite checking in online we still had to repeat the process at reception. The parking instructions had changed since we had made the booking only a few days earlier so we had to move the car. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and a lovely welcome note which was a nice touch. The shower curtain bracket was broken in the en-suite which we reported to reception although the curtain could still be used. There was plenty of hot water however, the water...
