”To management's credit, they did offer to switch our room but after an exhausting first night and day (in town for a funeral), we decided to stay in the room we were assigned. The floors in the room were pretty dirty; the soles of our feet turned black quickly and the bathroom floor had fuzz growing between the tiles. There was a lot of build-up around the shower drain, which emptied slowly. Found a dead fly on the bedspread when we first walked in and discovered spider bites on us after...

”According to what I read, they were 11 miles away. It ended up being something like 28 miles away from the location that I was visiting. I found that the place was an older place and could have been cleaned up more. The rooms were not exactly clean. The sheets, the bad's the towels.All balls were well maintained and were comfortable.But I thought the place could use a clean job , especially at the sink in the shower”

”This hotel is outdated. TV was tiny and did not have the capability of watching regular TV without using my phone. It was not worth the rate I paid. Through Expedia.”

”Blood on sheets, shower faucet broken, no shade to pull down, yes curtain to close. No key pad for outside door so anyone can juz walk rite in, not safe. We definitely not staying here again.”

”Check in was a nightmare. Staff was slow but courteous. Spoke with heavy accents and had minimal communication skills. Room smelled like smoke even though it was non-smoking. No help figuring out how to get anywhere or even get a cup of coffee - no signs, just had to walk around and find stuff in your own.”

”Booked in advance with prepaid option and ended up with the first room on the first floor - definitely worse room in any hotel especially one that does not have a door separating the rooms from the entryway/check in area. Hotel was completely booked and very noisy. Great location and we may consider it again if we could guarantee a better room. Parking was free and available.”

”This was a quiet and quaint place along the Erie Lake. Don’t look for a gym or spa / sauna, but they did have an outdoor swimming pool. Lots of trees and a great view of the lake”

”The hotel is well located. However it is quite old and not so clean. 1) there is no elevators. We have to move our luggage by stairs 2) the room has a moisture smell however one of the lady staff is vey helpful and she is helping us carrying the luggage to second floor.”

”No hot water, dusty and musty room, phone did not work to contact the front desk, swirls all over the mirrors, door didn’t shut properly. Pool was freezing Staff is apologetic and great. Breakfast was good.”

”Our room was dirty. I don't even think they had even actually cleaned it. The carpets were disgusting and looked like they never vacuumed them. There were hair and debris in our sheets and what looked like a booger smeared on the nightstand. There was toothpaste still visible on the bathroom countertop area that we cleaned up with wipes ourselves. The shower looked dirty and there were black hairs on the floor and hand towels in the bathroom. We complained and were told they were sold out,...

”Hotel room T.V. remote was difficult to operate to obtain free stations. Also, handicap room had no explanation on small platform found laying on floor of bathroom. Otherwise, room was very clean and spacious with no less than ten plus grab bars located in bathroom bathtub. Room window overlooked great lake view. Also, morning breakfast room was large and spacious.”
