The Space:

The casita sleeps 4 guests with a queen bed in the private bedroom plus a queen Murphy bed in the living room. One full bathroom with single vanity and glass walk-in shower. The living room has plush sofa seating and a smart TV with streaming. A dedicated workspace keeps you connected when needed. The full kitchen includes full-sized appliances, stone counters, wood cabinetry, cookware, and dishware. Island seating with high-top stools for casual meals. Washer and dryer in-unit. Private patio with seating for outdoor dining and morning coffee. WiFi throughout. Driveway parking for 2 vehicles. Dogs welcome, maximum 2 dogs under 40 lbs each. Note that the fireplace is decorative only and not available for use. Access to the home is through the back slider door. Two resort pools provide year-round swimming, while tennis and pickleball courts offer activity options. The clubhouse and fitness room give you space to work out or gather. BBQ areas and a cozy firepit are available for evening entertaining.



Guest Access:

You'll receive a QR code to scan when entering and exiting the gated community. The QR code will be sent to the email and phone number associated with your reservation. Please provide your vehicle information including make, model, year, color, and license plate number to guest services for HOA security purposes. Driverage parking for 2 vehicles maximum. The garage is not accessible to guests. Home access is through the back slider door only.



The Neighborhood:

🌿 The casita sits within The New Vineyards gated resort community in Coachella, 10 minutes from downtown Coachella's shopping and dining district. A 35 to 40-minute drive takes you to Downtown Palm Springs and the El Paseo shopping district, known for designer boutiques, art galleries, and upscale restaurants. Several championship golf courses are nearby with fairways set against desert mountain backdrops. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway offers mountain access and rotating views. Nature trails for hiking, biking, and horseback riding surround the area. Natural hot springs, world-class spas, and additional golf courses are all within easy driving distance throughout the greater Palm Springs valley.



Getting Around:

Downtown Coachella is a 10-minute drive for groceries, restaurants, and essentials. Downtown Palm Springs and the El Paseo district are 35 to 40 minutes west via Interstate 10. The Palm Springs International Airport is approximately 30 minutes away. Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and hiking trailheads in the San Jacinto Mountains are roughly 45 minutes from the casita. Joshua Tree National Park's north entrance is about 45 minutes east for desert hiking and rock climbing.



Other Things to Note:

🐾 Pets welcome! Dogs only, maximum 2 dogs under 40 lbs each. $150 flat pet fee per stay required in addition to booking cost. Contact guest services after booking to add the pet fee. Please pick up after your pet to avoid fines. Cats are not permitted.

• No parties or loud music allowed

• Quiet hours are 9pm to 8am. All noise must be contained during these hours out of respect for full-time residents in the community

• Street sweeping occurs on the 15th of each month. Do not park on streets that day. Keep all vehicles in the driveway

• The garage is not accessible to guests
