This 2022 model home is almost 3,000 SQFT with an over 7,600 SQFT lot size! Two stories with 5 bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms. Living room, large kitchen with kitchen dining area and dining room space as well. There is also a loft area upstairs & additional open room downstairs. 2 car garage, driveway & free street parking. New salt water pool & jacuzzi finished in 2024! Powered with green energy via solar panels.


Sleeps 16 with:
1 king bed, 6 queen beds, 1 twin bed, 1 sofa upstairs & sectional sofa downstairs that sleeps 2, roll away bed provided if needed too!


Additional guest information:

We do not allow smoking inside of our home, if guests smoke inside the house, there will be a minimum fee of $500.

Pets are allowed, 3 maximum limit (unless special circumstances) One time fee of $250 pet fee will be assessed. If pets swim in pool, there will be an additional fee of $500 for complete pool draining and refill.

Pool heating can be requested in advance before check in because it will take about 8 hours to heat up. Pool heating is an additional charge of $150 per day, with a minimum of a 2 day charge.

Jacuzzi heating can be requested any time and will take approximately 30 minutes to heat up, with a charge of $75 for a 6 hour session, (multiple sessions can be purchased in advance too.)

Additional guests over 16 booking request approval will be charged $39-$79 per person depending on duration of stay.
