The home close to grocery stores and restaurants, and it is 7 to 10 minutes drive to festival grounds, golf courses and casinos. Perfect for families, groups + festival crews.

Other Things to Note

Pool + spa are private (Pool fee $100 per night/Spa $30 Per night) — no lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk. Kids must be supervised, no glass near the pool.

Tesla EV charger on site, no fee.

Check-in after 4pm / Check-out by 10am. Early check-in/late check-out possible if cleaning schedule allows (small fee during festival/holiday weekends).

Pets are welcome! (Pet fee $100 per stay)
