This spectacular home has been professionally designed top to bottom. The resort-style backyard includes all the amenities to host multiple families, a bachelor/bachelorette party, or large groups. The open concept living area offers provides a large living room, indoor and outdoor dining spaces for the entire group, and a lavish kitchen. Guests of all ages can enjoy the new saltwater pool (with basketball hoop), barbecue and fire pit, as well as lots of games.

Please note that this property is located in the desert. We have a professional pest control service that services the home regularly. However, the open setting of the home may allow desert critters or flying bugs to be present at the property and in the pool. Please understand that this is the nature of the region, and out of our control. If you encounter any of our desert dwellers during your stay, please reach out and we will try our best to remedy the situation.

While our home is cleaned regularly before and after each guest, this desert region is know for natural dust storms and strong winds from time to time. These winds may carry sand that may collect in the yard, and pool overnight.

-Pool heating is $75/day. Spa heating is included for free. At winter, heating the pool takes ~10 hours. If you would like the pool heated, please let us know ahead of your arrival.
-Pets are allowed and must be approved by host. There is an addition $150 pet fee.
