”Staff was excellent except for when they tried to lure us to timeshare . Food was excellent. Cabana was very nice . But I paid $150 for the Cabana, 2 days in a row, and not once did anyone check to see if we needed more ice or drinks or food. Too expensive for not receiving service. Plus wait person could have earned tips. Also, there were no smoking sections that had seats or awnings. There is plenty of room at the side of each building for a smoking area. ”This is our 2nd time staying here with family and always had a great time. I like that the units have full kitchen to cook and barbecue pits to grill. We very much enjoyed the pool time and that they keep floties around to use. So close to grocery and casino. ”

”Staff very attentive and cordial. Pool was great. Close to many stores and fun activities. Was under renovation including elevator so had to walk up 3 flights of stairs but not too bad. Will definitely return on any future visits to Palm Springs. ”
