”Breakfast norm”

”The hotel was clean.The staff was friendly. I would give the hotel a 5, I would give housekeeping a 1. The first morning they gave us clean towels.Took the dirty ones and emptied both trash cans. Did not make the bed. The second morning they took our dirty towels, but didn't leave us new towels. Emptied the trash. Didn't make the bed. The third morning they left our dirty, towels and left a stack of clean towels on the bathroom sink. Empty the trash but didn't put new bags in the cans. ...

”Clean rooms ”

”Front staff was great. Toilet needs replaced with taller ones. Room was clean. Breakfast left a lot to be desired but all was ok. Not quite a Drury Inn. ”

”Bedroom: very clean sheets, chair near bed was clean, appliances clean Bathroom: tub was very dirty, the bath mat was extrmely dirty with a black ring around the tub Service: amazing, the young lady at the front drsk was very personable, very friendly and helpful. Location: Great! Located right off the expressway and next to a gas station. Sits on a besutiful lake.”

”Staff was very friendly and our room was very clean. We stayed for one night otw to Atlanta. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great! Only con is it’s very close to the interstate and it was loud for me but it may not bother someone else. ”

”Rundown Hotel. In need of major repairs and remodel. The pool heater does not work. The bathroom has multiple holes in the wall. Town racks are pulled out of the wall. The bathroom door handle was broken and hanging. One and a half stars at best..”

”Definitely not staying there again ”

”This is the first time I have ever left a negative review on anything. However, it is warranted. We had issues with the air and the lights. There was apparently a short in the bathroom light fixture. It would not work most of the time. Also, my son slipped and fell in the shower. It was extremely slippery with no slip-resistant adhesives to prevent sliding. When we asked to file an accident report, they could not find the official paperwork and asked us to write down our information on a random...

”The staff is very rude and dont care about your well being except for Nicole she is very sweet and caring Sylvia is the most meanest person I ever met she doesn't want to do her job at all and doesn't care about the customers and she complains about everything especially when she has to go get customers clean linens and when she has to check you in i would not recommend this hotel to anyone ”

”This place is awful, we left same night. Busted windows, rooms dirty, marijuana smell all around the building. We was told one room, wasn’t even the right room. Will never book here again. ”

”Everything was good”

”Carpet in our room needed to be cleaned as there were big stains. Carpet in hallways also looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. Tiles/flooring in elevators were severely cracked and needed to be replaced. Also upon arrival, entering the lobby to check in, it was very warm. You could tell there was no air conditioning in that area, perhaps it was broken or hotel trying to save money but temp levels were warmer than outdoors ”
