”The bath towels were the size dish towels. Was hard to towel off after shower. There were no towels at the pool. The pool with water slide was freezing cold. Maybe heater was broken? There was mold on bottom of our shower curtain in our bathroom, I found the beds pretty uncomfortable, like maybe I could feel the springs putting pressure on body parts.I don’t get much sleep. ”Was nice. Friendly staff. Cool waterpark for the kids with two very large slides, wave pool, hot tub and a small kids play area. Family suite was very large with lots of room and good value for the amount of beds and square foot. Cool to look out over waterpark area and wasn’t noisy. Definitely great for little kids but our teens enjoyed as well. We paid for breakfast vouchers and wouldn’t next time as they cost $20 per person and meals were all well under $20. Overall would stay again.”

”The staff was very helpful. They were able to place us in a room that according to the hotel front desk person has never had an animal in that room. My husband has bad allergies to animals. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast area was clean and the food was good and organized. The employee at breakfast took care to assist people and keep all the food containers full and clean. We did not use the pool/hot tub but the pool looked very nice. Thank you.”
