”The humidity in the hotel was insane. We couldn’t sleep as the sheets were damp, the toilet paper was wet and it was just a miserable stay. The manager said they were aware of the issue but it seems ownership doesn’t care as they have placed humidifiers in the hallways which did absolutely nothing. The manager did the best she could as she gave us a refund but until this issue is fixed we will not be staying here again and we have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express several times.”

”The room and lobby were clean and fresh and the staff were very nice. The only issue is that housekeeping began knocking loudly on doors and saying housekeeping as early as 8:45am and opened the door, looked around, saw me sleeping, then said I’ll come back. It startled me and disturbed my sleep. Not sure why they are opening doors of occupied rooms.”

”The staff are wonderful. The property is dated with some improvements to the rooms. The rooms were clean and the beds were fine. A perfect place to stop to rest before moving on.”

”New owners have made this motel so very nice. The decor was so nice. Amenities were great. Breakfast was great. The housekeeping was terrific and very nice. The girl at the desk was only a temp and she was great, very helpful.”

”This place has a huge tv with lots of choices, even premium channels. The bed was okay with lots of pillows. Coffee maker, fridge and microwave. The breakfast I was told is very continental…toast, waffle, cereal.”

”Expedia did not tell us when booking Sleep Inn, Manchester, TN was undergoing major reconstruction due to water damage. Elevator was waiting repair so limited room to first floor. Would have chosen different hotel. Room was fine and breakfast was fine. Checkin clerk very friendly. When reconstructed will be fine, probably months.”

”It was a crappie room no hot water. And when we checked in they tried to charge us more. Said price was wrong and wanted more”

”Comfortable hotel but difficult to get into due to 10 steps up to get to main entrance in either front or back of hotel. Tough for seniors and definitely not for handicapped. They do offer a decent breakfast that is included with room fee. Much cheaper to book with hotel than any booking site. Close to freeway exit with many fast food or restaurants nearby.”

”We really enjoyed our stay at the Sewanee Inn. The room was wonderful, the beds comfortable, the amenities like the shower products were top shelf, and our dining experience was lovely too. There was nothing negative to say about our stay. The staff was the most helpful we had ever encountered.”

”Spiders in the tub and bathroom Bugs climbing on the bathroom floor Breakfast was not fresh No lighting in the pool area when I questioned the service desk I was told they were having trouble and they do not work The lower hall floor is very unlevel to walk on Definitely not nowhere near four star we will not stay there again”
