”Yes and Yes. 1 point. As an older person, my head is dropping to bits. I have a single tooth denture. Such thing is quite small. I tend to brush it under a running tap. Had I done this, there would have been a severe danger of it disappearing down the plughole and lost for ever (Cost £250). Because the plug mechanism is missing which leaves the drain hole completely open! (Room 5).”

”Individual chalets. Motel style with ample parking. Rooms heated day and night. Shower hot and powerful. Bed comfortable. Pub and restaurant on site. Staff work hard but avoid breakfast Sunday morning 9 a.m.rush hour . We waited 35 minutes for order to be taken it arrived 20 minutes after. Easy to find as 5 minutes from motorway junction. Enjoyable and relaxing stay. ”

”This is our 2nd time at the retreat. The location is excellent and plenty of wonderful walks around for us all. The home is clean and tidy and the owners yet next door do not interfere with you unless you need them.We rested and it was perfect for us - peace and quiet.”

”We were put in a room that was freezing cold, in the basement, noisy wasn't the word, the floor boards above sounded like they were going to cave in! Cold basic and not comfortable. Disappointed”
