”Staff was rude did not have a sense of humor was unprofessional. For the first time I’ve ever been there in my entire life would never ever in my entire life go back ever again.”

”Staff are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is great. Will highly recommend.”

”What is didn't like is that because tge hotel was in my sons name they added another $150 as a deposit. That I didn't like.”

”The hotel was nice and very boutique-like. Would stay there again; breakfast was good. The staff was helpful. The only thing that I didn't like was the $250 hold on my card, which was not transparent up front. So if you get there and don't know, you should have $250 in disposable income on a credit card or debit card. Then you can be stuck looking for another hotel.”

”We had some initial problems that lessened our enjoyment. We arrived after dark and there were too few lights. The inn is off the main road and it was kind of confusing to know where to go. At the office door there were sign "open" and lights were on but the door was locked on there was no one there. Pretty confusing after a long trip. After a while we called a number provided on the door and very soon an employee came to check us in. She was friendly but gave us wrong password to wifi which...

”Location, was wonderful. Clean and quiet. Loved the whirlpool, added a nice touch and the laundry on site.”

”The only problem was the washer leaking water from underneath ”

”Black Hawk is conveniently located near friends.”

”Room was not cleaned, sheets were stained and hadn't been changed after previous guests, in the morning the water stopped running and there was no toilet paper. Staff was nice but do not stay in this place, it's really not taken care of and guests sleep in dirty sheets.”
