🚗 Location and Attractions!
We are located in the beautiful Yosemite Lakes area. This is a small community featuring hiking trails, a golf course, 3 cafes/restaurants, 2 gas stations, and a supermarket for all your basic needs. The dome is located at 1,250ft elevation, which is below the snow line. During the winters, you can take a short drive to enjoy the magic of snow without dealing with the hassles of living in it!

Overall space
Featuring over 2,200 sq ft of interior space, domes this size are hard to come by.
The dome is fully electric and has heating and air conditioning. For cozier nights, there is the option of a wood burning stove. Please be mindful of children and pets should you decide to use it!

🌳♨️Outdoor Space:
We have over 1 acre of private land and a private hot tub for your enjoyment. We also have 4 covered patios featuring an outdoor dining area and propane BBQ. The property is unfenced and an abundance of deer pass through. Please keep an eye on your pets!

🐶 Pets:
We love pets and allow them at no extra charge! However, we have a strict rule that pets must be kept off of all furniture and that any accidents be cleaned up immediately. Any pet related cleaning and damages, including fur removal, may incur extra charges. Please also keep pets on leash due to abundant wildlife!

🅿️Parking:
There is a covered carport that can accommodate two cars as well as plenty of space in the driveway.

Please remember to make appropriate reservations to enter Yosemite National Park
We do not accept cancellations due to normal weather events such as storms or smoke caused by wildfires. Airbnb may allow cancellation but only after a government issued statement.
The community draws water from a well that is rich in natural minerals which may occasionally leave spots on utensils and sink/shower handles. However, you can rest assured knowing that our professional cleaning crew thoroughly sanitizes the home in between each stay.

You will have access to the entire 1 acre property. There is one locked closet and locked shed with Host`s housekeeping equipment and supplies.

No events or parties. Guests will be asked to vacate immediately and will be responsible for any incurred charges.


Please keep pets off all furniture/beds and clean up if there are any accidents. Any extra cleaning due to pets will result in EXTRA CLEANING FEE


Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.

No smoking inside the house. Outdoor smoking is permitted. Extra cleaning fees may be applied to remove odor and stains from furniture or walls. Please smoke away from all vegetation and do not litter! You are surrounded by trees with underbrush that can be a fire danger.


Maximum hot tub temperature is 104F. It takes about 1 hour to heat ~5F, so please set the temperature early!


FLUSH ONLY TOILET PAPER IN THE TOILET. ALL OTHER ITEMS PLUG THE PLUMBING AND SEPTIC TANKS. Items such as facial tissue, paper towels, baby wipes, feminine hygiene products, food stuffs, hair, dental floss, adhesive bandages and the like, do not break down in the septic tank and will get caught in our pipes. You will be charged for septic and plumbing damage.


Do not leave the propane grill unattended while it is turned on. Ensure that the propane tank valve is closed after use. Please clean up the BBQ area, grill, and utensils after use. Extra cleaning fees may be applied for these items as they are not included in the cleaning service. Spare tank is located in the small blue shed behind the house by the HVAC unit


Your Hosts may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not expired or stale. Ultimately it is up to the Guests` discretion and inspection to consume these items. Your Hosts do not take any responsibility for the consumables.


If Guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, shooting firearms, or lighting fireworks, the Hosts will notify law enforcement and guests will be asked to leave immediately.


Return all accessories (such as monitors, charging cables, games, remote controls, etc.) to their rightful place at the end of your stay.


MAKE SURE ALL EMBERS ARE OUT AFTER USING FIREPLACE.
